Request for Alternate Transportation for Childcare 2026-27

PARENTS:  If you need alternate transportation arrangements for childcare, please submit one form for each of your children.
In order to be considered for the beginning of the school year, please submit your form by August 7th.

PLEASE NOTE: This is only for changes needed to the regular bus schedule. If your child is going to be picked up and dropped off by the bus at home/regular stop, please do not submit this form.
