About Mrs. Harding
Colleen Harding has been teaching Pre-K to 2nd grade music classes at New Albany Elementary School since 2002. Mrs. Harding grew up in Lansdale, PA. In 1995, she moved with her husband to Los Angeles, CA, where they lived for eight years. After working for several years as a music therapist, Mrs. Harding realized her dream is to teach music. Mrs. Harding now resides with her husband and dog, Luna, in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
Mrs. Harding’s main instrument is piano, but she enjoys playing the guitar, dulcimer, recorder, and autoharp as well. She has accompanied as well as sang in various choirs throughout her life. Highlights of her singing career include performing with the world-renowned St. Charles Borromeo Choir of North Hollywood in Hawaii, New York, and Los Angeles. Mrs. Harding can often be seen accompanying concerts and musicals in the Cinnaminson School District. Mrs. Harding’s interests include reading, cooking, gardening, going to the theatre, and spending time with her two grown children.
